Partners In Excellence® (PIE) is our internal, fleet-specific quality assurance program. In addition to ensuring 100 percent customer satisfaction, PIE offers recognition, rewards and bonuses to employees based on our achievement as a company of specific, articulated performance goals. There are a wide variety of PIE activities scheduled throughout the year, including a week-long employee appreciation event, luncheons, contests, raffles, giveaways and more.

Health and Wellness Programs

We offer a variety of programs to help our employees stay healthy, including:

An annual health fair. Employees can speak with health care providers, learn about health-related opportunities in the community and receive free health screenings and counseling.
The ARI fitness center. Located at our global headquarters, our fitness center is free and open to all of our South Jersey employees.
Regular programs and events focused on healthy living. Throughout the year, our employees have the opportunity to participate in “lunch and learns” and other events focused on health, nutrition and exercise.
Farmer’s Market Fridays. During the summer months, we invite regional famers to bring fresh, locally grown fruit and vegetables to our Mount Laurel and Maple Shade facilities. Employees conveniently stock up on fresh produce at reasonable prices.

Good Citizenship

Our founder Steward Holman was a firm believer in giving back to the community and pioneered the generosity that has become a company hallmark. Social responsibility is an integral part of our culture and touches every employee and their families.

Giving Back

Employees may take paid time off to participate in local United Way Days of Caring events. We also “loan” an executive to the United Way every year. Along with our employees, we conduct, sponsor or participate in many charitable activities throughout the year, including events like Walk Now for Autism Speaks, Habitat for Humanity community building days and the Bike MS City to Shore ride. ARI also partners with the American Red Cross several times a year to conduct blood drives.
