President

Roy is President of ARI Canada. He joined ARI in 1993 as Central Regional Sales Manager. He later assumed various progressive positions within the organization, including Senior VP of Sales and Service, and Executive VP and Chief Operating Officer. During these years, ARI became the fast growing and eventually largest fleet management company in Canada. Roy is responsible for all Canadian operations.

Chris began his career at ARI in 1994 in the client service area, and later moved to sales.  Since then, he has served in various positions both in Canada and the United States, including Regional Sales Manager, VP Operations, and Senior VP Sales and Service. Chris leads ARI’s Sales and Client Service departments in Canada, and is directly responsibility for all Global Operations including Mexico, Europe, Global Sales and Consultation, as well as the Global Fleet Services Alliance.

Chris oversees ARI’s financial services and accounting areas. He joined ARI 2010, after serving as the Canadian corporate comptroller of an international automotive manufacturer. He is a Charted Accountant and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business.

Rick joined ARI in 2010 as Vice President of Operations, after many years of leadership experience in the consumer products and beverage industries. He was named VP, Sales and Marketing in 2012, and oversees the Canadian Sales and Marketing teams.

Denise is responsible for ensuring that ARI delivers service excellence at all times. She is supported by a cross-Canada team of account managers and client service professionals. After joining ARI in 1993, Denise has served in various leadership roles in the client relations area.

Charlie Guthro

Charlie Guthro
Vice President, Operations

Charlie is a recent addition to ARI’s executive team, having spent over 25 years in public sector fleet management. He most recently oversaw one of Canada’s largest and most complex vocational fleets. Charlie is responsible for a number of services and operational functions, including ARI’s 24-7 maintenance call centre, three regional remarketing centres, the vehicle acquisition and licensing areas, ARI’s damage and safety programs, vendor relations and new product development, as well as credit cards and fuel administration.
