ARI’s Canadian strategic account management and client service teams help align client needs with ARI programs, processes and industry best practices, all the while ensuring service level delivery and expectations are met. Each customer has a single point of contact who works closely with each of ARI’s internal departments to manage all of the tactical and strategic responsibilities associated with a customer’s fleet. They also make recommendations for efficiencies as well as cost savings and present comprehensive annual Strategic Partnership Reviews.
