Available Around The Clock

Our technicians are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. They can take a comprehensive accident report over the phone and then notify you, your risk department, or liability carrier within 60 minutes of taking the call. ARI technicians arrange for towing, schedule repairs, secure a temporary vehicle, and monitor all repairs through to completion, ensuring that the repairs are done quickly and on budget.


Total Transparency

All accident-related data and reports are available through our web-based ARI insights® system including accident, claim and driver details, POs, third-party information, subrogation status, and the driver’s MVR. Images and police reports are also included. With ARI’s damage management program, repairs are managed efficiently to get drivers back where they belong – on the road.
